There is no restriction against non-MSC companies from having their office in MSC Cybercities or Cybercentres.

In fact, many non-MSC status companies choose to have their office in MSC status buildings to enjoy the cutting edge technology, infrastructure and facilities such offices have to offer.

Meanwhile, MSC status companies which are not required and do not have their offices in MSC status office buildings (i.e. Tier 3 and MSC4Startup companies) will have even more limited benefits and incentives.
